1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website and/or becoming a member of The MMA Clinic, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.
2. Membership and Payments
- Memberships are subject to the specific terms of the selected package (e.g., Black, Gold, Platinum).
- All membership fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to change our membership fees with reasonable notice to active members.
- Direct debit or recurring payments will continue until cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy.
3. Cancellation Policy
Memberships must be cancelled in accordance with the terms of your specific contract length (e.g., 4-month or 12-month commitments). Notice periods apply as specified in your membership agreement.
4. Health and Safety
- Martial arts and combat sports carry inherent risks of injury. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
- You must inform our coaches of any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries before participating in any class.
- We reserve the right to refuse entry or participation if we believe it poses a health or safety risk to yourself or others.
- Proper training attire and protective gear must be worn as directed by the coaching staff.
5. Club Rules and Conduct
We maintain a respectful, inclusive, and safe environment. Bullying, harassment, discrimination, or unsportsmanlike behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, The MMA Clinic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the facilities or services.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
